Strategic Human Resource Management or SHRM handles the workforce on a new different level. As they provide the most necessary services to the company and its employees, SHRM also makes sure that its actions are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, values, and goals.

SHRM works as a team. They maintain open communication with other departments of a company. It is the evident difference between HRM and SHRM. SHRM doesn’t have an ace player or support, they are all aces to achieve a common goal—success.
